Mudgee Physio is offering all Club Members a $5 discount per visit, and will then donate a further $5 to the Club for every member seen.

MONTHLY CLUB MEETINGS
Next meeting is April 7
Monthly Club Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm at the Oriental Hotel (upstairs). All members are encouraged to attend.

TriNSW JUNIOR TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIP

Calling all Junior triathletes between 7 to 19 (as at 31st December 2009)

Date: Sunday, 14th March 2010
Location: Lawson Park, Short Street, Mudgee.

DISTANCES
7-9 & 10-11yrs 50m swim/3cycle/1km run
(NB: non-competitive event)
12-13 yrs 200m swim/6km cycle/2km run
14-15 yrs 200m swim /10km cycle/2km run
16-19 yrs 400m swim/12km cycle/3km run

Registration opens 6.30am - First race @ 8.00am.
Bike compound closes @ 7.30 for ALL competitors
